How to install POSEngine
Download Installer
Click the button above to get the latest POSEngine setup file.
Run Setup
Open the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Activate License
Enter your license key provided in the customer portal.
If Windows shows a security warning
When you double-click the installer, Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” message. This is normal — POSEngine is a new application and Microsoft hasn’t yet recognised our publisher name. Your installer is safe.
- Click More info in the small print of the warning.
- A Run anyway button will appear — click it.
- The installer continues normally. Follow the wizard to finish.
This warning will disappear automatically once we complete Microsoft publisher verification (planned within 60 days of launch).

The POSEngine Admin app puts your whole business in your pocket — live dashboard, sales & invoices, inventory, purchases, payments, returns and reports. Same login as your web admin, synced in real time.

Install on Android

Download the APK
Tap “Download for Android”. Open the file from your notification shade or Downloads folder.

Allow the install
If prompted, tap “Settings” → enable “Allow from this source”, then go back and tap Install.

Open & sign in
Launch POSEngine Admin and sign in with your existing store owner/staff account.
“Allow from this source” is Android’s standard prompt for any app installed outside the Play Store — it’s expected here. The app connects securely to your live POSEngine account.
