Does POSEngine work without internet?
Yes. The cashier terminal commits every sale to local storage first, so checkout never waits on the network. Sales, GST calculation and serial-number capture all work during an outage, and sync to the cloud automatically the moment the connection returns.
Does POSEngine support GST e-invoicing and e-way bills?
Yes. GST tax invoices, HSN-wise tax summaries, e-invoice IRN generation and e-way bills are built in, along with GSTR-ready reports and a compliance hub.
Can POSEngine track IMEI or serial numbers?
Yes. Serial-tracked items capture up to five identifiers per unit — two IMEIs plus a box serial, for example — at goods receipt or at sale. Every number is searchable, and each unit carries its own warranty and movement history.
Does it handle more than one branch or warehouse?
Yes. Stock, pricing and reporting are per branch, with inter-branch stock transfers, per-branch item status and a consolidated multi-branch view.
Can I send WhatsApp messages to customers from POSEngine?
