Our mission
Indian retail runs on the back of millions of small shop owners — kirana stores, supermarkets, electronics dealers, apparel boutiques, pharmacies. They deserve software that respects how they actually work:
- Sales must continue even when power or internet goes out
- Owners need to see all branches from one phone, wherever they are
- GST, e-invoicing, and inventory should be automatic, not a second job
- Pricing must be honest and predictable — no surprise per-transaction fees

What we’ve built
Cloud-native backend
NestJS API gateway on AWS App Runner, PostgreSQL on RDS, S3 for attachments, ElastiCache + BullMQ for async work (WhatsApp + email). Everything in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1).
Windows POS terminal
Electron + React Windows app with embedded SQLite. Lightweight install, runs on any modern Windows machine, and works alongside thermal printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers via USB.
Multi-tenant by design
Every store is a tenant. Owners see only their own data, even on a shared cluster. Multi-branch retailers consolidate all outlets in one dashboard.
Indian-compliance ready
GST invoicing, HSN automation, e-invoicing above the ₹5 Cr threshold, P&L and balance-sheet exports for filing — all built into the platform, not an add-on.
